Form 1099

The 1099 Misc form is used to report production payments and rental payments. Summit will mail the forms by January 31 of each year.

IRS does not require 1099 Misc. forms for:

• Royalty income of less than $10 in a year
• Rental income of less than $600 in a year
• Corporations
