This policy applies to this website and its public business-inquiry form. It does not apply to separate websites, third-party websites, private data rooms, password-protected systems or the SuMMit AI EOS Dashboard. Those services may be governed by separate notices and controls.

The business-inquiry form may collect your full name, email address, inquiry type and message, plus your company name and telephone number if you choose to provide them.
The public form does not accept file attachments. Please provide only a general overview of the opportunity or business matter. Do not submit confidential, privileged, personal financial, title, reservoir, health, government-identification, account-credential or other sensitive information through the form. If additional information is appropriate, a Summit representative may provide separate submission instructions.
Information received automatically
When you use the website, Summit and the service providers supporting the website may receive limited technical information necessary to operate, protect and measure the website. Depending on the service and configuration, this may include an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, date and time, requested page, referring page, and security or diagnostic signals.
Summit does not use the public contact form to collect information for unrelated advertising profiles or to train artificial-intelligence models.
How we use information
Summit may use information collected through the website to:
- review and respond to an inquiry;
- evaluate the described opportunity or business matter;
- communicate with the submitter about that matter;
- operate, maintain, protect and improve the website;

Children and third-party links
The website is intended for business and professional audiences. Summit does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If Summit learns that it received such information, it will delete the information promptly unless retention is legally required.
